I really enjoyed sharing a video with you all last Friday, and I wanted to do the same today. If you are familiar with the sports world I am sure that you have heard of Jimmy V. He was a legendary basketball coach and cancer took his life. His 'Never Give Up' speech at the ESPY's is one of the most inspirational of all time. I hope that you take the 11 minutes to watch it all the way through.
There are couple of things that he says that I want to point out.
There are three things you should do everyday.
1. Laugh
2. Think
3. Cry (have emotion)
Never forget about where you started and where you are now.
Always have these things.
1. Enthusiasm
2. Dreams
3. Goals
"Don't give up, don't ever give up."
"Remember, your heart, mind, and soul last forever, those things can never be taken away from you."
